Type netplwiz in search area + Enter
> the old account should appear there and you can delete it.

1) Go to settings window

2) Select "Accounts"

3) Select "Access work or school"

4) This should show a window where you can select the account and choose disconnect.

My name is Lucia. I am an Independent Advisor. Thanks for contacting us.

From the Control Panel
  We go to start windows start, write "Control Panel" and access it.
We select User Accounts in this window and in the next one.
Choose the option Manage another account.
  Finally we select the account that we want to delete and then click on Delete the account.

Delete user Comand Prompt
1 We open the Windows terminal by putting "cmd" in the home search windows start and open it as administrator (right click, Run as administor).
2 We execute the net user command to see the user accounts that are in the system.
3 We execute the command net user Ana / delete to delete the account. In this example we delete the user's account Ana, to delete a user we replace Ana with the name of the account we want to delete.

Maybe look in   Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System … advanced system settings / user profiles
