Product was half the size as three previous orders. We are hoping we received a "bad bunch" as the sticks were the diameter of slim drinking straws - each package previous maybe had 1-2 smaller sized and the rest were good thickness. We live the product and so does our puppy, but for the premium price and product variance of the package of product we received, we won't be purchasing again. We are hopeful someone from the company reaches out and we can figure out what happened. See picture of the last stick of our previous package and the new one that arrived today.

After eating just 2 of these skinny little sticks (not on the same day), my dog got sick and had diarrhea for 3 days. I had read some other reviews saying dogs were having diarrhea from these sticks, but I didn't think it would happen to my dog. Apparently there is something in these sticks that is harmful. I tried to return them for a refund, but the seller wanted me to pay return shipping and would only refund 50% of the purchase price because the bag was opened. Of course, it was opened. How else would I know it made my dog sick? Update: Since writing my review, the company selling this product emailed me and said they would refund the full price of the product. However, they did not address the shipping cost. The label I received to return the product requires me to pay shipping.

Ordered for my pup for first time and total shock. These are just white stix and they stink. All bags show american flag on front with USA made, well my does not, it has " manufactured in Lancaster county-Pennsylvania, why not the flag? My other pet peeve - we all know how puppies are being "abused" there in puppy mills. And had i known what this pkg would say (instead of what is being shown for purchase) i would have never ever order this product. They did not post my review, at best i would like a REFUND of the $12.29. Sincerely, Jackie Retell.

I am merely adding to the chorus of happy dog owners regarding the quality of this product! My little 6 lb. Iggy has turned her nose up at dozens upon dozens of high quality dog chews and I was desperate to find something healthy for her that aids in keeping her teeth clean. She simply loves these healthy chews. If your pup loses interest before finishing it, place it in a ziplock baggy to lock in the flavor and present it again in a couple of days.
